Tracking Of Your Order

Tracking numbers are used by UPS to identify and trace every package as it moves through the UPS system to its destination. If you would like to check the status of your order and it's estimated time of arrival just click here. Send us your name and order number. When your order ships we'll then send you your tracking number and a link. The link is set up so all you have to do is click on it. That's it, it's as simple as that.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?
All items will ship within 24 to hours.

This is our policy and we take pride in it. Please take note, 99% of what we sell is in stock at all times. If an item is  backordered I will email you to let you know that there will be a delay in shipping your order.

For orders under $100 your shipping cost is $5.99. Shipping rates above $100 are approximately 6% up to $350. After $350 shipping charges do not increase. You can view your shopping cart to check the exact cost of shipping.

Returning Your Order
Hi my name is Cindy and I am in charge of returns. Forming extremely loyal relationships with repeat customers is our number one priority. For that reason we have developed an extremely liberal return policy. We will gladly refund or replace any self-protection product that you would like to return. Just make your return within 20 days.

If you are not satisfied please Send It Back to me. All I ask is that you email me first to request a return or exchange authorization number.  This number is only so I can track the item that you are returning or exchanging. Is not an approval process. We will return any self protection item you like, as long as it is returned within 20 days and it's in original condition with all original packaging and accessories.
