extremely liberal return policy. We will gladly refund or
replace any self-protection product that you would like to
return. Just make your return within 14 days. To assure that we
receive your return, we require that you make your return with a
RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and with tracking number that
requires a signature.

I ask is that you first

to request a return or exchange authorization number.
The purpose of RA Number is to track the item that you are
returning or exchanging. It is not an approval process.
Like I said, we will return any product we sell as long
as you make your return within 14 days of receiving the item(s)
and in it's original condition with all original packaging and
accessories.
How To Return Your Order
To make your return as fast and simple as possible,

- Name of the item being returned
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the return. Please try to be descriptive. We
would like to pass on, to the manufacture the reason you are
returning the item in question.
- Your name and daytime phone number
- Your e-mail address
Please make sure that you obtain the RA number.
Defensemaster-knives.com will not be responsible for items that
are returned without a return authorization or a tracking
number.
